Trail No. 1 | Hip HopA Flow

Designed for beginners and intermediate cyclists

 

The trail starts a short distance above the reservoir on Hala Skrzyczeńska (about 3 minutes from the upper Gondola station) and ends at the parking lot by the lower station. It has a hardened, smooth surface and plenty of berms, along with tabletops and small gaps. These features can be ridden at an easy pace without jumping, or partly avoided, while a faster ride allows for some solid airtime.

The trail includes both fairly steep sections and flatter stretches, and there is no shortage of rollers to help build speed. Roughly halfway down, there is a natural spring (with a small water channel, so you can refill your bottle) and a viewpoint, making it an ideal spot for a break.
