How to get your Gopass

You’ve purchased your ski pass online at gopass.pl, but don’t have the ski lift card yet? Below, you shall find out how you can get your card. 

There are two places where you can do it: 

• at the ticket offices or at the infocentre under the gondola 
• at the ticket offices or at the infocentre on the top of the Solisko Mountain 

Our employee will assign the issued card to your account. To make this process smoother and the queues shorter, please prepare your virtual card number before you approach the counter. If you’ve bought more than one ski pass, please prepare all of the numbers. 

You’ll find your card number in the e-mail confirming the ski pass purchase. The number is right under the bar code, in the PDF file attached to the message. Please provide us with the six last digits thereof and enjoy the freedom of skiing in Szczyrk. The Gopass will be your own, and if you buy other products at gopass.pl, you may proceed to the ski lift entry gates directly.
